Launched in November 2015, Gucci continues its “Gucci Oud” journey in the world of Oriental scents and presents the new Gucci Intense Oud. The spicy fragrance interprets Eastern notes in a modern and luxurious way, resulting in a charming and unique evolution of the Oud scent story.

Complex and captivating, Intense Oud is composed of exotic ingredients. Incense, woods and leather are combined with an Amber-Oud accord and Olibanum oil. This historic ingredient in the world of perfume-making is reminiscent of ancient Egypt. Also known as Franckincense, this oil comes from the resin found in Boswellia trees and is collected in spring and fall.

The Amber-Oud combination that resides at the heart of this perfume is a fusion of dry woods and smoky resinous notes with a touch of an Ambergris accord to enhance the signature incense scent. At the base of the perfume, a leather note is used to intensify the dynamic blend.

The House’s signature motifs embellish the bottle and the packaging, while the transparent black tall flacon features bold gold letters and cap adorned with Gucci’s Horsebit.
